HUGE! Losing streak...

maybe 20 or so.
Playing so many games, to get even is a notable achievement. IMO blitz is for fun, so no problem, but if you care about your rating then play way less games or choose them unrated.
i have lost 400 points and gained em back . it has happened to the best and it WILL happen to the worse.
you have quit playing serious chess so it's very reasonable this happens
I had 1745 in blitz. But in a day I dropped 70+ points! So I decided to take a break for 5 days but I am still losing! IS this normal or my mistake?
Please help me get out of this disease.
It's a normal phenomenon. Quite often, in our quest to gain rating, there is a certain, albeit not reasonably too long (this varies amongst players. can be a few days long or just a few hours long), period of time where we do not perform up to our expectations and accumulate some rating fall. Perhaps you can take a day's break (I think five days are too long) to de-stress yourself and relax your mind before starting again.
Or alternatively, you can take some time from chess games off to focus more on studying openings and strategical principles or doing tactics and endgame puzzles.
I have been in your shoes before. During my quest to hit 2000 rating in blitz on Chess.com last year,, I had a temporary rating drop last year from 1946 to 1893. I know a 50 rating drop is not much, but at the time I found the 1950 barrier very difficult to clear, and 50 rating points were extremely precious. I kept playing because even though I was a bit disappointed, I just wanted to play for the sake of playing. The next day, I broke it for a peak of 1985.
But then, things repeated itself again. Two days later, I found myself losing rating points from losses and several draws, and I dropped to 1898. I was so close to a rating of 2000, and then I found myself drifting apart from the 2000 rating goal. I kept on playing as one of my friends was rooting for me to break the 2000 barrier even though I knew that it was clearly unbreakable for me. Suddenly the next day, things changed quite unexpectedly. You probably know what the next part of the story is.

It means old age has caught up with you all at once.
Dementia may be soon to follow - the fact that you speak of this as a disease means your subconsciousness it trying to tell you something.
