Rozman covered this well in his answer. The best engine move can be a terrible move to play if you don't understand the continuation.

The question was asked of Levy Rozman what the difference is between a human and a computer move. Someone logged in and pointed out that the younger generation learning chess from computers would naturally start playing more computer moves and how could one tell the difference. Rozman pointed out that Magnus Carlsen will play some outlandish moves that seem like only a computer would make and no one accuses him of cheating. Its interesting anyway. To me the bottom line is professional chess with big money involved must be OTB for it is impossible to monitor online chess for getting engine suggestions
