I always forget opening moves or I just mix up, what should I do ?

I just replayed about 10 your last losses and i saw no Fried liver, no Vienna and no London. I just saw horrible blunders. You hang your knights, bishops, rooks and queens. You have to focus to not to give up your pieces for nothing every game. If you are blundering every game, try to memorize opening lines is completely absurd.
I recently started playing. Going through some famous openings like fried liver, vianna, London etc. but I always forget it or don't recall what exact move was
