On the other hand, according to some of the anti-gay heads in this thread, who at least agree that "queers" are merely human, it's not a question of whether or not there should be any LGBT chess players. Rather, it's whether or not they're shoving it down the throats of 'regular' people; who are "just trying to" play chess.
'Gay' people apparently is fine as long as they're not called 'gay' but, instead, referred to "more accurantely" as 'queers' or 'shirtlifters'.

I think he (armor guy) was pretty right on about the veiled bigot's assessment of lgbt issues as family and naturalness and the whole lot that I'm sure you've already heard before.
What got me is that the bigot actually thinks that, by saying that he's a friend to gay people, it would invalidate any criticism of his stance on homosexuality as being homophobic. He seems to think he's the first one to try this brilliantly imbecilic tactic. lol
