I did not mate... i did a timeout

I played 1 min and kept premoving.

This is how i beat with 3 stars ( no hints or takebacks ).

How did you do a timeout if the only way you can get a time control is by customising the game? ( 0 stars )

he gets like 90% accuracy so he is possible to beat with 3 stars if you're strong, however he will beat you with 3 stars definitely if you are weak (like me).

How do you stall for 1 minute?

Play the same moves again and again by premoving.

And be careful of your position as well.

But it's so hard to defend when the grillmaster is ahead in development by 10 moves... and if I try to defend from the start of the game I just end up getting checkmated, or getting my time to run up. Maybe I'm dumb.
