I cannot see the chessboard

Please guys, help

I cant see the chessboard since some days ago. When I try to play live chess. I can use daily chess but not the live chess. When I try to play live it makes the sound as when the chessboard is settled for a game and I can (cometimes) even hear the sound of the 1st move of my opponent, but all I can see is this thing is attached. A whole gray view. 
It seems to be an issue related to my account as this happens here, in my personal laptop, and in my work laptop.

It could be a bout of short-sightedness brought on by age. Perhaps you should consult an optician.
