Sometimes chess.com does not send emails back for some reason. In this case you should contact the support via the superb support bot and type your issue there. If there is no useful outcome from the bot then you can try to contact a human:

Hi, guys. I cant change my email, I sent it 6 times but I didn't saw any email about verify or changing email from chess.com, Of course I check spam or trash but I didn't saw anything yet. Can anyone help me? I know that this situation happened to some of you guys in past. (My english is bad sry)
