I can’t improve

So I’ve been playing chess for a while on other sites but none of them actually helped came to this site still not helping. Dunno what to do

Your profile says your rapid rating went up 100 points last month. You are just impatient. Play more and learn about chess, you will improve. If you work harder, you will improve more.
Figure out what area you need to improve in, and focus practicing that.

I feel the same way sometimes. I'm , 54 yrs old and have been playing since I was 6. I am still improving in very small ways. You are as well it's just very slow unless you are aggressively trying to learn more. I bet if I'd take an opening course ; my elo would probably easily jump 400 pts.
So about my rating going up massively I believe I got really lucky right now I’m losing all my games. If I just practise puzzles will it help?
Do practice. Review the games and see the mistakes. Look at the coach bots and they will also help you practice. You have many paths to get better.

If you hit a platou, it's best to hire a coach to help you out~ Also, improvements are super fast when you're a beginner, but as you get better, the pace of improvement will slow down too, hope i could give a little hope and advice <3
