I think chess is really not my thing anymore, every time I play chess I keep losing. It has become demoralising at this point. I write this as I feel utterly devastated at my incompetence and humiliated. The least I feel I must do to hide my shame is to delete my account and give up on chess forever.

Change the time control you play. I was 2600 bullet and now I dropped to 2300. Instead of being demoralised I played some blitz and did much better there

I appreciate your responses and tips fellas, I hope to continue playing now that I’ve vented out my frustration. Yeah, I should definitely change the time control as well, I’ve been playing bullet for too long, thanks for the suggestion marqumax (you’re pretty good!)
Play 15|10 rapid and analyse your losses.

Losing is not a valid excuse for quitting Chess, you don't win every time, in any game.
It has become demoralising at this point.
It's just a game. There is nothing wrong with losing.

Devastated and humiliated to keep losing? It happens to everyone, it's not that big of a deal.

It sounds like you are just mad you keep losing.
Just play unrated games so you don't lose ELO and there is no pressure.

Thank you guys, much appreciated. I wont delete my account, and yes I should definitely analyse my losses, I’ve just been in poor form lately. You guys are amazing people!

It worked for me one time i just kept losing in bullet and when i started playing blitz i got like a 7 win streak
Still the OP found a reason to stop playing
