I remember it like it was played today.

I am sure you are perfectly aware that other chess players, regardless of their rating level, never makes any blunders! You are the only exception! This means that you are a disgrace to the world of chess and should hide in a cave for the rest of your life!

Hey man, no worries it happens to the best of us, Magnus did Rxf6 and lost an obvious drawn game in Norway chess as well. Also, just got to say that on move 20. you played a5 which allowed your 2 passed pawns structure to be destroyed with Rxb2. Always protect the passers since they usually are a method to win the game easily. Just play something simple like b3 next time. Anyways, cheers and best of luck on your chess endeavors!

You don't have to cry, good sleep makes you think better, I remember playng a game, losing horribly and not under stating why I lost so badly, when I woke up I realized I was playing a person rated 2231, not 1235, and I saw the blunders very well, you saw my game that I lost, but I quickly recovered, so will you, managing to get a good winning advantage in an achievement for everyone 

You said you were embarrassed, but you also think there was no better option to do in that time-trouble. You actually are justifying your loss.

People can play entire game in one minute, not that i can do it but it is possible. So there are ways to do it, maybe you should look into tactics and strategies for playing fast.

Yes you are correct....I need to improve both my skills and time management simultaneously.

Anything was winning except what i did. For example 46. ..Ng4 but i also was in time trouble.

At that time i could play good game ant threw it in one move. This is the reason i start playing very short time controls to train myself in such situations.

Hmm I see. Never mind. Mistakes are ones that make you better.
