There's a third reason, some of us think we're just so clever we can't help us.
Also a fourth one, some people genuinely dislike his confrontational attitude.
I find myself a bit of all four.
I think we should NOT ban him and we also should NOT have another Vote Chess game with him, and I think that should be the standing policy.
I don't see why rewarding him with exactly what he wants is a sensible approach to dealing with conduct like his. Would Erik & co. give me everything I wanted if I started acting out? If so, I'll be a huge jerk for a Chess Mentor subscription.
