On the more serious side though, you should try taking a break from blitz for a little bit. Seems to me like taking a break is the best way to get out of tilt.

online chess, at least, is just another video game at this point. no one respects you unless you're a 2700 gm or a super rapidly improving player, you can't make any money out of it, and it's just a huge waste of time unless you dedicate your whole life to it and manage to get somewhere
and since you're unable to name 10 players following those requirements, that is evidence that real chess is a useless thing that people just waste their time on
