I mean all I know is , you need to move your queen in L shape to the opponents king and make a virtual box. And keep doing it till his king gets to a back rank or a file and then just bring your king.
Is there something else you guys do ?

I feel since are a bullet player you just have practice for that

Yeah premove king and queen one square downwards UNTIL enemy king is on first rank, then trap on first rank, move king and checkmate
