To reach 1900, you just need to fix some of the mistakes that are keeping you from reaching it.
This means analyzing all your games after you play them. Let the engine help guide you. The secrets to climbing higher are right there in your play, just waiting for you to find them ...
And though it's an old drum that everyone beats: tactical misses are almost always the main issue that players need to work on, especially below the master level.
