I have only been playing 5 min, and have been stuck at 49 for a while there. I did try survival once with a friend while we were drinking, and I think we stopped at 57. So low 60 shouldn't be a problem, but 70 is probably impossible considering how fast the puzzles get hard, I'll give it a try sometime
