I have like 2 or 3 chess accounts that I don't use anymore and I was thinking if I could use them to analize my games. I would have like 3 or 4 analysis per day.
Can I get banned for doing that?

I don’t think you would, Chess.com makes enough money where they wouldn’t really care about you finding ways around the analyses
Yes, you could, because having more than one alt account is not allowed.

The site allows one main account and one alternate with staff approval. Without approval the accounts risk being closed.

Indeed. Do you didn't read the Community guidlines?!?
Analysis is free and unlimited on chess.com. Or you can just download Stockfish for free, that's even better. Hard to imagine what you would need those other accounts for.
well, like others say, you would need approval. without it, your account will be shut down.
