i got my first chess cheater

i was playing and under 1500 rapid swiss and i played someone rated about 1300 (im 1430). he plays with 99% accuracy and got 4 book moves, 5 excellent and the rest were the best move. I checked his profile page and his rapid record is w8 d2 l0 and the ones he drew were when he was low on time so offered a draw. then i looked at his bullet stats and he has won roughly 4 of his 10 bullet games. 3 of the 4 he won were the opponent being up +10 and losing on time. Ao else think this is pretty sus. For obvious reasons im not gonna name any names
