I have some success against Nelson Bot, with this tatic.

I am playing with black

1- exchange queens in the beginning of the game.
2- continue without queen, taking bishops and knights.
3- in the end of the game, try promote a paw.

…It appears your strat is correct, because it’s working. But do watch out. Sometimes he could switch it up on you, then it’s over.

Do you mean that Nelson Bot is able to learn according to my moves?

no it cant

but it can change the moves slightly, but will always attack with queen

Congratulations! I've noticed several bots are not exactly the best in endgames. As you go up, tactics become rarer and harder to spot. It's best to make careful, even trades and try to enter a endgame with only pawns with you having more pawns.
