An ez way to get way past where you are right now (atleast in rapid) is to ask yourself after each move, “am I hanging a piece?” and when the opponent moves, “are they hanging a piece?”. In that case you stalemated. When the opponents only option is to move his king ask yourself, “will my opponent be able to move his king with out being put into check?”

Yeah I am basically trying to take my time more and think before I make each move in depth, it is my biggest weakness even according to aimchess. I think to fast and make risky moves thinking they won't catch on but they always do...

One way to think of it is no matter who you are playing never hang a piece or do something that you hope they don’t see. Always assume your opponent will see your hanging piece or he will see the piece you are threatening.

True, I started to try and use the drawing tools and such on the board.

You measure my life in hours and I serve you by expiring. I'm quick when I'm thin and slow when I'm fat. The wind is my enemy. What am I?

Oh! A stalemate on a winning position! hehe, you hate to see it

We all have moments like that when playing chess, you will get used to them and will eventually learn to be careful avoiding them

If you feel in the mood, try checking strategies to end games

how to do checkmate with 2 rooks/queens is a good start

have a nice weekend man, and I hope your mood gets better
