I don't see MasterThe Pawn's lack of courtesy, mentioned in earlier posts in this topic. In my opinion there's only one player in this case that can be blamed for not being courteous.

And regarding the posts about the right to use the allotted time: no problem if a player uses the time he's allowed to. But then only for playing chess... In a case like this the player is only using his time for harassing his opponent. Has nothing to do with playing chess...

Btw: repeatedly offering a draw is against the official FIDE-laws of chess.
