There's a link in the bottom left to Support - click on that and they'll help you. Might take several days, but it doesn't sound like it's too urgent
You can't have two accounts with the exact same email. There are some providers that have the ability to add parts to your email, that treat them the same, and it may be possible the password change process, ignores that extra information on password reset.
You'll likely need to change email the email address on one of the accounts in that case, as I don't think the code will get updated for that use case.
