why when I open the account in my second mobile my rating starts 800 again !! can you solve this problem, please? .This really hurt when all your games disappear .

As long as you are signing in with the exact same account, the ratings and games will synchronize across devices. You may get some weird caching issues where the app might show an older rating, which I've seen on tactics before, but everything is tied to the same account.
