it's called winning
No, actually you feel bad about your skills but you post this to get validation. And indeed you are bad. But you have to mask it and fake it, that is how psychology works. It's just psychology 101.

Wow, relax Mr. Bistro. I beat an 1800 chess player fair and square and feel good about it. You're quite sick.
Its called being in a completely losing position and flagging your opponent.
what is "flagging my opponent"? playing the clock is fair and part of my strategy.

Thanks for your attempt at trolling this forum. I won't be replying any more. It's not a good troll attempt though.

Back in the stone age when they used sun dials instead of chess clocks (ok, I'm exaggerating a little)
Back when there were wind up analog clocks, there was a little piece of plastic that fell so you could tell the moment your opponent ran out of time. It was called a flag. The term has stuck around even though no one uses those clocks in tournament anymore, and "flagging" means to run out of time, and flagging someone else means playing moves with the aim of winning on the clock instead of winning on the board.
Anyway, yes, the clock is part of the game. Yes, you really did win. But posting without showing us the game, implying you outplayed your opponent, is a little dishonest ![]()

Thats what we call..."Kissing your sister"
The only time I've ever heard this is when talking about a game that ended in a draw.
"A draw is like kissing your sister... and she has a beard."

Where's the proof
It's in the puddin pop

These were analog clocks with flags. Really nostalgic about my teenage life when people tried to flag opponents .
" One popular way was hitting the board or clock too much",
And the one who was almost on flagging replied " Dont beat the clock, idiot"
Play stockfish at 10s time control, and if you constantly premove, you will beat stockfish on time. Does that imply you are better than SF?

U can't beat SF with premove in 10 sec time control in offline GUI (like arena). Winning with premove against network engine is due to network lagging.
Everyday millions of SF games are testing on ultra fast time control 10 +0.1s.
