I just can't get better

I'm sixteen and I've been plsying this game since I was 10. That's 6 years and no matter what I do. Nothing! I don't think I've ever beaten another human before in my life! anf on bots it's fucking humilisring! The level 6 bot has kicked my ass more times than I can count and the closest I go to a win was a stalemate...I once went from having both of his rooks, a bishopx his knights, and a few pawns. Meanwhile I had lost one bishop and my knights. Then I made a mistake, lost my queen. And he proceeded to wipe the floor with me. I don't know if it's more humilisring that it was a bot or not...and the worst part is I don't know what I'm doing wrong and this website sure doesn't help. I could take out their queen with pawm and not open up any traps or anything and they'd still say I made a mistake!

I swear getting into chess was just a massive humiliating mistake. I don'y feel smarter or better at planning like people told me. I just feel like a moron...

Edit:I just realised the level 6 bot was on a different app, the bot I am failing to best here is Level 2...

I am actually the worst player alive, a fucking toddler could beat me...

Keep practicing, unless you have some disability you will eventually get better

I've been practising for 6 years...I know I'm autistic but this is getting ridiculous now...

Its your play style and view of the game, your out look is that you feel dumb even learning the game. Do NOT compare yourself to bots or other people, find your play style and watch a few games get a few ideas on how to open in new games. Once you learn a new opening, focus on how many moves ahead you can think ahead trying to increase that from 2 to 5 to 8.... if you move here and he moves there then your response....? You won’t continue growing flustered

I'll bite. What have you done to get better? You say "no matter what you do". That implies you have tried more than one learning technique. What are they?

You say you don't think you've lost to a human but I just went and watched your most recent loss to a human on here.

I looked at your recent loss and there is a lot to learn from it. Have you analyzed the game? Right off the bat I would recommend you take the lesson on this site regarding opening principles .. you broke them.

Yeah it's uh, kinda hard not to compare yourself to bots and other people when you are competing against bots and other people...

I have. I've done every single training course on every single app and website I've found. I'm just too stupid to be able to do anything efficiently. I watch other peopls games but it doesn't help. I prsctise against friends IRL and I get my ass kicked, I go on bots and gets my ass kicked, I go against people on here and. Guess what? I get my ass kicked!

Could be, but that toddler sounds very advanced for his age ...

plz, the level 6 bot is much stronger than you'd expect. I've never beat it.....

Maybe the level 6 bot id. But I realised that was a different app. I was failing to beat the level 2 bot...

you played 3 games on Chess.com. I woudnt be worried yet.

That's against humans on here.

I've played over a hundred bot games and lost/stalemated all of them...against the level 2 bot...

Plus every time I lost IRL

You haven't tried everything. You've only played 3 games on here, completed 4 lessons, and have practiced 0 tactics. If you're serious about getting better, you can start with those three things.

Play for fun. Try not to care about losses.

What is the rating of level 6 bot in chess.com?(blitz or rapid rating).

If you are interested in playing vs bots, I recommand chessmaster series, they are mich much better than stockfish( chess.com bot), because of different styles and personalities.

In my personal experience/opinion, playing vs bots alone can reach around 1600 rating. Beyond that you need proper theories, strategies and analysis,

your'e sixteen. when i was sixteen i sucked at everything. including chess. which i still suck at at 35. my only advice is probably you are putting too much pressure on yourself. if u relax your mind works better. do u have other hobbies? sports, art, music etc dont put all your eggs in one basket and if u have other things 2 focus on youll probably play better too.

.... i always say love your losses click my account. It takes 1,300 losses to win 1,355 times...... If you wanna win its not about your losses its about your love for the game if you don’t love it move on to checkers. If you do love it practice

Which chess books have you read?

stiggling

Start with something like this

https://www.chess.com/article/view/the-principles-of-the-opening

https://www.chess.com/article/view/chess-tactics--definitions-and-examples

Then play 100 games, and then we can talk. As it is the account comes off as trollish.
