I like chess so much but I'm so bad

I started playing chess when I was about 10. I was playing with my grandfather and father, they also weren't so good, so I didn't learn much from them. Then I stopped playing for a long time, about 4 years. And now I started again, been playing for a month. But my game literally sucks. I make stupid mistakes like putting queen in front of a rook etc. I try to improve myself, I watch lessons and solve puzzles, they helped me a bit like I improved my opening, but I'm still so bad. I lose almost every game. Also when I make a mistake I can't continue the game, I get nervous and want to quit. I really like this game and want to get better. I wasn't better before, but at least I wasn't making so silly mistakes.

Since you’ve only been playing for a month, give yourself some more time. Keep playing (humans) and eventually you’ll start winning more. Also if you do longer time controls or daily’s, you won’t make a mistake like losing your queen.
Always ask yourself questions before each move. Like ‘is this piece in direct danger’ ‘do I have a plan or am I just moving randomly’ ‘am I thinking at least two moves ahead’ ‘ is my opponent about to fork any of my pieces’ etc.
good luck.
