Hello. I've been playing chess regularly for the last 18 years although intensely only the first 5-6 of them. 3 years ago i learned Go and since then i like it clearly more than Chess. But the problem is that i live at a city of 150,000 people and although i can find many physical opponents for Chess i can't find a single one for Go.
So i try to decide on which one to focus and improve (on both is not an option). I don't like playing online or else i would focus on Go and end of story. A year ago i decided to follow my heart and just study go. But when i go to a chess cafe and meat my chess buddies i feel jealous as i see that they are improving and have discussions that now i can't easily follow as i'm focused on another game.
So i'm again thinking of leaving what i like most (Go) and turn on what is more available (Chess). But can't decide. What would you do in my case?

There is no right answer. We don’t know how much being social with you friends vs. doing something you like better matters to you. You could take an online test to see how extroverted vs. introverted you are. If you are more extroverted, maybe chess is the answer. If you are more introverted, maybe go. It’s impossible to say, though.

if you don't find physical opponents in Go, then what are those opponents?
