I lost a 2points on 1/0 Bullet tournament because it gave me a 0-point bye even though I was online

I missed out on a medal due to Chess.com's malfunction. I would like to get redeemed a medal that I should have gotten as I was gonna get a medal without the 2 points malfunction. A similar incident had already occurred in the morning with me losing one to a "internet connection malfunction and the other to a "disconnection awarding me a 0 point bye. Could someone please help me with this and explain how the staff can make up for losing a medal due to a server malfunction.

The pairing algorithm will not pair anyone if it does not see the member in the tournament interface at the time of pairing. That could caused by a connection issue or the member not having the tournament page in focus.

There's no way to get a medal for the event for a game not played. There's also no guarantee you would have won had you been paired.

however I would like some redemption for the server issue that could have int theory cost me a medal in the tournament. Is there a suitable compromise?

You could contact Support using the option in the menu but there's probably nothing that would be done for something like that.
