I lost rating points due to server glitch

I demand to get my rating back! I was winning there and my connection was also okay when suddenly the mobile app froze and the clock stopped moving.
Did the server just restart or what? I can't see that game anymore.
This just happened to me and I can’t get a game started anymore. Sucks.

Servers just crashed i think. I just started a tournament and could not even play a game. Fortunately i did not lose rating points.
Yea had mate in a few moves after a losing streak, and now i cant boot up a game
I won a game because my opponent's timer wound down to 0, however it didn't display the normal "you won!" message, then I refreshed, and the game went backwards to still going on & my clock regained some time, and I tried to scramble to make moves, then it said that I had lost that game that I had actually won.
Not sure I can take this website's stats seriously, anymore.
same here. Was looking for a game on the tournament when all of a sudden all the other players vanish and it won't find a game. I tried out of a tournament and it still can't find me a game. I am a few metres away from my internet box and yet it says ''please wait taking longer than usual to connect''. STUPID. I think I will start playing on LiChess soon
It's frustrating tbh. Using all my concentration to try and win meanwhile chess.com pouring water on all that happiness 🙂
I think I will move to lichess permanently. This ain't fun anymore. I would play here only when I ain't serious.
I had a similar problem when I was disconnected and lost that game due to the technical issue. Long story short, I contacted support and they looked into it and handled it for me. The tech support here is very friendly and helpful.
I am new to online chess. I also tried lichess for a while but I prefer chess.com by a wide margin.
If you go to the chess.com account on X and follow the link to the support account, you will get important updates on this sort of problem.

Getting tired of the server issues.
Fix the core and stop faffing about with stupid stuff.

Everything froze just now. Didn't lose any points, but everything is frozen.

I had a winning game and the clock kept running and when it timed out it said I lost
I lost 2 games in total like this in a span of 30mins. I hate this fkin site
