I lost rating points due to server glitch

Oh dear these servers Lost a game because I couldn't move on and time was running out :/

The system told me that I lost a game that I had already won again!

I expect chess.com to correct all game results as a result of their malfunctioning systems if they want to remain legitimate.

happened to me as well, first it's showing that it's the opponent's turn and they are not moving, then after like 3 minutes it showed that it's my turn and the clock was running yet it didn't let me move and the clock just ran out 🤯

I wasn't on but it seems that a larger number than usual had problems at one time. Perhaps Martin will be aware of something that happened.

At any rate, I would guess that many people remember the server problems from early this year. Hopefully, we will not see a return to that state.

I had the same problem today, how can we take back our points?
