I play three day chess, but usually play my moves within a few hours. So I'm relatively fast !

Occasionally I'll use an engine when I'm playing...

But find the set falls off...

Seriously though I see no reason not to use stock fish when I'm out and out about as they are put in the designated pools for us anglers...

I use a computer in all of my chess games. How else am I supposed to play online?

But you will not have won the game unless you are your cheating sources. Since you are you, and not something else, it is metaphysically impossible for you to both cheat and win.
