And this last one! I love the french defence!!!
11 games in a row, lost the 10th because I blundered my queen.
Feels very good!

Not sure what happened. I kept losing and winning, Now I've only kept winning haha.
What I did was keep my eyes on the horses, become more aware of my opponents ideas. For example in this recent game:
I was very afraid of losing this game. My opponent was taking my paws like eating a bag of chips!
My chess 'spidey-sense' was on alert on move 24. I could have lost my queen! In the past I would have lost my queen after move 24, but I saw the danger and moved away my queen. If rook went c3 check then I have to take with my rook and my opponent can just take my queen with his queen.
Also I'm not just pushing to a3 and h3 anymore just to defend from the opponents bishops. I wait until the right moment.
BS. You haven't played any chess.
Kaynight, I tried searching what that means, but I couldn't find it. Is it something like 'go forward'? It seems positive, so thanks if it is!
human-in-training, only if you're a female I'm attracted to with a nice personality. Oh and thanks for the compliment!
Derekjj, haha
I'm wrecking with the frenchd defence!
Latest game:
Rsava, I'm no sure if I've used 4 minutes in the latest game, but I think so. Thanks for the compliment!
New win. I think this makes 13 wins 1 loss.
This also means I've gone up 107 rapid points in one day!
15 games, 13 wins, 2 losses. I'm calling it a day.
Last match of the day, Ii lost this one.
I think my opponents opening was strong. I also blundered my queen, I didn't see the rook check. Another experience for me, hopefully my spidey sense has been honed.
Can anyone analyse the game for me and give me advice where I went wrong? I felt that if I traded queens my opponent would have a better position than me.
The first chess game I ever played was exactly 29 days ago and I played that game against a computer. Today is the first time I got to play against people and I can't believe how good everybody is on this site. My rating is only 325 or so but I know I am going to get better. I don't know if I will ever be able to reach 1125 but let me congratulate someone who did. Great job! 🍺
I did a bit of moving around, and taking the queen maybe would have me one pawn up, but a double pawn.
I should have taken the queen I think. My opponent played good and strong.

Thank you!
I now try to really look out for the knight and bishop paths. I'm only 1150 so I'm not sure if you should follow my advice. I also look out for if the opponents pieces can check me, and if my queen is in danger.
I see that you only play blitz. I used to play mostly blitz too, but real chess learning happens when you play for longer periods. IM John Bartholomew (check out his youtube channel) gave me this advice when I contacted him.
