I'm sick of playing against indians

Seems like everybody and their dog plays chess over there, anyway they bore the ever living shit out of me, usually 9 out of 10 of them are defensive boring cowardly players, I have just played against one who when losing just moved 1 piece back and forth forever to win on time, beyond pathetic. 

There should be a filter that allows you to avoid playing against people based on their geographical location.
