Even in a 30 second hyperbullet game, white has no excuse for playing Rxg1. The Queen sac with a nearby knight should've immediately set off alarm bells. It's not hard to spot Kxg1 in a couple of seconds.
Nice win, but I don't think you're going to have much long-term success if you continue throwing away your queen in the opening, just in the hopes that your opponent blunders a mate in 1.

My rationale in the split second I had to think was I’ve already blundered very badly so let’s play this poor move in the hope if he captures with the tower I can snatch the win.
far from my best game for sure but I’m still happy because mating with a horse feels nice
