don't worry, you can gain back elo by playing good.

but thats noot good, he will see that because he is rated 694 elo

well then you might want to learn an opening called the london system. for white. and the caro kann for black. Since I can't teach everything at once you might as well watch youtube for it. I recommend Chesspage1's videos because he is very engaging and engagingness is key to high retention.

Best way to beat 600s is to get to a point in your chess understanding where the confusing moves they make aren’t scary, but you know instead are bad moves. Then you punish them. 

if u want ur elo back... practice practice and practice... destroy him once u surpass him
