I need help

I need help in chess, this is my last, weak call before i collapse and quit chess forever, i want people to answer these questions and tell me how they got better, i want to know how to play agianst those dummies that play nonsense openings that are only meant to throw you off, then they continue by moving their queen the whole game, or they continue with playing 1 movers, or they try to exchange everything and end a boring endgame, which i get so tired of to the point where i dont want to play chess anymore. i came to chess because i saw how rich and fun games can be and i wanted to extract the most out of chess, but instead as ive come to realize, the people that i am paied up agianst make it their sole purpose to play as if they are disabled, they dont play chess for the fun of it, they just play it because its ¨a trend¨ or they want to brag. these people just suck the life out of chess which i dont understand why you would want to do. after playing these people i get tiled, and not tilted for a few hours, tilted for days,weeks, even a month or 2.

im worrying that my chess career will come to an end solely because i end up so bored and then just play like trash or just resign because i am bored of the postion. i play the sicilian and benoni/benko because they provide such rich positions, but these people will try to force the position into some dry, slow, uninteresting game and that just makes chess boring. we all play chess because its fun but these guys do not. these guys still play for dubious tricks and traps and are just trying to mess and troll me. i dont want that which is why ive been trying to play higher rated players because they are actually trying to play chess and not just trying to go for some 1 trick pony.

in conclusion. im completely stuck and i dont know what to do, im trying to have fun but my oppoments are not. they try to force some boring system or try to exchange everything or play dubiously. nobody online says how the heck you are supposed to punish this and the most they say is ¨play normall chess¨, which does not really say much, im playing much worse than what i really am because of low motivation, i know that when i go for a game i will play ¨AIEHENSJPO19181¨ from india who will either try to exchange everything and play like an ideot, or he will autopilot an opening and try to try everything/ hope i mess up

i have great positions, but then something small that annoys me makes me dip in motivation and i play like trash and lose

these people are literally not trying to enjoy chess. i dont understand how these people can just autopilot the same opening over and over

these people also just sit at their screen hoping you mess up, never trying to pressure you but just hoping you mess up

when you confront them they claim that something like this is ¨pressuring¨

i feel that i am not the same as these other 1700s because i actually am trying to pressure and win, these guys are just trying to sit there with their hands in front of their face and trying to play as solidly as possible hoping they dont mess up
