I need help.

Hi, I've been decreasing my chess time and I'm always busy so I rarely get the chance to play chess. I don't know what's been happening but in tactics, I keep getting them wrong and I've ahd a huge drop in my tactics. I don't know what's wrong with me/what's been happening but I need help, I don't know if I should either take a huge break from chess or keep going, please help. Thanks 

if youre struggling a break from playing helps, but only if youre going to do some review as to what it is youre struggling with. take a few days/hours off and go watch a bunch of fundamental videos. even if you know the stuff, just as a refresher. also sometimes the tactic builder baits you into playing a positional or strategic move. for instance youre set to promote to a queen unless he sacrifices a piece. sounds great to me, but the tactics builder likes the mate in 3 more so it says my bloodthirst is incorrect. its annoying that some answers dont get partial credit

also if this is the main site you play on playing more and not less may help you. it says you have less than 10 games played in all time controls combined. when you miss a tactic in tactics builder, it doesnt matter to our hearts, its not a real game, when we miss a tactic in our rapid game, we will get so frustrated with ourselves we will almost never make that mistake again

"Huge" is relative, I suppose.

When we look at the graph of your tactics rating over the last year, it looks pretty flat. It does look like you had one good day about two weeks ago (8/13) and you got a bunch of problems correct. I think a more appropriate question would be-- did you do anything different that day?
