Ok, here it is ... Against king pawn openings move e4 i usually play e6 - the reason is because i want my oppontnet to take the center with d4 -- i play immeditely Qh4 and there a multitude of ways for me to win a free pawn!!! YEEHHH ... llol but recently my opponent have been cock blocking and playing e5 instead of d4 how do i stop whites pawn advances in the center ...

waffllemaster

You stop central pawn advances by moving pawns to the center yourself, or controlling the center with pawns.

If your play is based on hoping your opponent misses something, it will only work so long.  As you get better people won't be "cock blocking" you by playing e5, they'll simply be defending the pawn every time.

If you start responding to 1.e4 with 1...e5 and trying to play classically, there will be less bumps you as improve.  So that's my suggestion for a playable position.  Play classically (and strongly) by placing a pawn in the center, develop your pieces, and castle.

Agreed

Forget the queen move, it accomplishes nothing. The "free pawn" you see is in your imagination.

It can't be done. There are only two moves that would allow you to play 2.Qh4, e5 is one of them, and e6 is the one you are playing.

But like the others have said, it doesn't really bare thinking about. Even if you got what you wanted, this kind of trick only works on new players, and even then it only works once.

As waffllemaster said, players who have seen wayward Queen attacks before will just defend the pawn, probably by playing Nc3. Then no matter what you do, they will play Nf3 forcing you to move your Queen again.

You should try not to move the same piece twice in the opening, because this slows down your development, and puts you a move behind. This is why most good players agree that bringing the Queen out early is a bad idea. When they see you bring it out, they will start piling attacks onto it to make you waste more and more moves while they develop. This can also end up with the Queen running out of space and getting trapped. It's better just to play properly.

EDIT: Actually on reflection after Nc3, Bb4 can be a bit nasty, leaving white with doubled pawns. But I'm pretty sure the Queen will still end up getting chased off sooner or later.

Early queen moves don't end well:

I'll say it again -- it is not a free pawn.

Yeah, white's winning, but they have to play very accurately. (See the comment on move 6)

Like I said, this line isn't good for black even though it wins a pawn almost by force, but at least it's better than the line given by the OP.

You expect someone to use the phrases "1. e4 e6 2. d4 Qh4" and "any solid lines I can play" in the same sentence?

You ask too much.
