Nothing. Oof, that advice won't help you if you're trying to improve. Just everywhere else.

Ok here is my advice:
Use a mouse. Though this may sound insignificant it makes all the difference because you can draw arrows. Those arrows help you see your opponents tactics as well as yours. It is a lifesaver!
Talk to the air. Narrate your plan as if you were a streamer. That will help you catch mistakes.
Frequently learn and practice tactics in puzzles or lessons. Then take those tactics and play them. If they aren't engraved, take a break and play some bullet. That will help cement them tactics in your head.

I use an iPad. I don’t own a computer and I accidentally broke my sister 😳

The best way to improve in rapid or blitz is to become a better chessplayer in general. Instead of playing against other players at your level, spend a few weeks with basic instruction books that cover general opening principles and middlegame planning. After a few weeks of effective instruction, your skill level should go up by several hundred points.

Learn exactly how to think in the opening, middlegame and endgame — this is what I teach.
Always blunder-check your moves.
Solve tactics in the right way.
Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.

I like bullet the most but I find myself using the clock as a weapon so I decided to do rapid to learn tactics.

Sooo I’m at like 600 elo on rapid and I used to be at a steady 800 but I need some tips. Anyone got any? I really wanna hit 100 within the next 6 months but I need help.
