My tactics rating is 8000 but i know im betteer than that and i still hang pieces. I have memorized every opening 400 moves deep. Can someone offer help?

A serious approach to this problem is to bang your head against a wall 2-3 times. Your prefrontal cortex needs to get some momentum for maximizing your logical thinking.
