I payed a platinum membership with facebook but i want get a platinum membership

A vew days ago i payed with facebook for a platinum membership. But stil i dont have any option, i mailed facebook a vew times but i didnt get any answer about this.

it says my membership started 25-4-2016

 

but i stil dont have any option and the money is from my account, so i want my money back and pay it directly to chess.com if this is possible.

 

Anybody know how long it takes if you pay with facebook to chess.com?

You can see here that facebook allready have my money, but i dont get anything.....

Well,you should contact Help and support.That is the only option because I'm a kid not a senior..........
