I QUIT AFTER 2 YEARS OF FRUSTRATION

I am quitting chess. I like the game a lot! but I hate many things, especially online chess. Like there are 100s of cheaters cheating freely without any fear, I report them but chess.com doesn't take any step most of the time. Second thing is sportsmanship, This game totally lacks sportsmanship, Today only, I mouse sliped blundered my queen, I begged my opponent to show some sportsmanship and dont capture it, but he didnt care, instead he said I wont leave free queen I am not a mf like you. Third is that the way to improve is just to memorise different positions. Why the fk. I play chess to enjoy not to do puzzles all the day and keep memorising the position.

At last I have played chess for around 2 years, so its hard to leave chess, but 1 thing is sure that this game especially online chess gives me a lot of depression and frustration on regular basis. I QUIT CHESS

Maybe I'll play over the board sometimes but I will never touch online chess ever again!

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount.

If you report someone and their account isn't closed in a few days, then

  • There wasn't sufficient evidence of cheating
  • There was no evidence of cheating
