There was an accident to me, I was in hopital for a while. Right now I can't get in some tournament, so what can I do?

You need to complete more games without timing out.  Looks like you have 3 losses on time at 30% approximately 3/11.  So you need to get to a ratio of 10% so roughly 31 games completed in total, considering the amount of games you have going at the moment shouldn't take you too long.

At the moment your timeout ratio is at 36% and you have 68 in progress.

Try playing the games you do have and if possible, not letting them time out. The timeout ratio will lower to more games you finish within time :)

Only games completed in the last 90 days count.

To lower the timeout ratio, theoretically you can finish more games without timing out but you have to do this faster than previously completed non-timeout games become older than 90 days.

In practice you have to wait 90 days without timing out again to lower your timeout ratio.

I barely let time run out on my online games. and it's saying I can't join not ONE tournament because my ratio is too high? This is why I stopped paying for my membership.  I can't even join tournaments and ive been a member for the longest time. Get it together Chess.com
