I really need some advice and motivation

Hey lovely Chesscommunity,

One month ago I got hooked on chess, cause my friend has been celebrating birthday and we played one game of chess. Since then I've been watching a lot videos about openings, tactics, how to prevent blunders, literally everything. Especially I am watching videos from "gothamchess" and "remote Chess academy"
I started doing a lot of tactics aswell and went up to 1700. That's what I am also holding at the moment.
Casually I am playing games. And there comes my big problem. At first I had a good run and went up to 700 but since then I am loosing like almost every game... I am really demotivated, cause somehow I have no problems beating Bots up to 1200 Elo but I struggle extremely against players from 400-700, doing really big mistakes and oversee a lot threatening checkmates on me.
I have issues with the 10 minute games cause my thinking is way too long and the time pressure leads me to make quick decisions resulting  into those blunders. In reallife games against my father or friend who both are really good, I play very well and beat them, I also put our moves into analyzer and it tells those games are on a much higher Elo than my 10 minutes online games here.

Right now I am sitting here writing this topic after a loosing streak cause I am thinking I haven't learned anything and getting very demotivated and think about quitting already... What should I practice right now? Am I just way to slow in thinking?
I am very thankful for any advice and help coming towards me.

You should just use a longer time control like 15 or 20 mins and then after enough practice you can slowly speed things up. However I am very underqualified as I am only a 300, but my advice is based on common sense (too fast for you?, then slow it down!) good luck for you tho!
