I should have lost after this blunder.

I think overall I played a pretty solid strategic game. My opponent was making a lot of blunders, so I took advantage of them. I felt like I was winning until move 21 where I blundered my Queen.

My biggest problem is that I don't take my time. I basically play by memorizing recognizable patterns, and once a game strays from any positions I'm unfamiliar with, I'm at a loss for what to do and I make stupid blunders.
