Do you study chess? You need to study chess to improve your game. Solve puzzles, study middle games and endgames.
I sucks a lot? why?

You suck becouse you are a , like my self, bad player.
I study, but I suck at blitz and rapid. I often hang pieces, don't see mate in 1, draw a won game, lost a drawn game. In longer game I haven't those problem. I see that my play improves a lot in long game.
I do the same. I think because blitz is a lot to do with how familiar you are with chess/game experience than study/tactical ability etc.
I don't understand why I suck at chess, especially blitz and rapid.
