I've been losing on time lately.

I play a lot of Daily Chess. I like the extra time it allows for analysis. My rapid chess is always 30-0. Lately though I've been losing on time in Rapid and its frustrating because more often than not I have a winning position. I've tried seeking a 60 minute game or even a 45 minute game but never any takers. Has anyone had any luck finding long time rapid games? Thanks.

Nobody cares which Kenyan wins the long-distance run, but everyone knows Bolt is the fastest man on the planet at short distance.  Poor Lou.

Thanks for the sympathy. I think I fried my mind and now I calculate much slower. Still can't find a 60 minute game tho. Anyone else?

Same case with me. I often blunder because of low on time

My problem is that I often run out of time. But I think that playing using longer time control (like 30 min. 45 min. or 60 min.) is boring. I like playing blitz with increments (like 5+5) so I avoid running out of time.

Try joining one of the clubs that play slow games, like this one: https://www.chess.com/club/world-standard-time-control-chess-club-365-days-a-year

Otherwise I usually get a 45|45 if I only wait for a little while.
