I think there's a slight delay before a game you've just finished appears in your archive - if it's still missing from there, you probably need to log a ticket with the Support team via https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new

I won a game just few mins ago. But the game isn't in my history to click on to examine it. where did it go? Will it be listed in time or is it gone completely? I got my points from it.
