I'am new at chess and I want to improve help!!!

I have been playing chess for like two-and a half months. I've read a basic chess book, and started My sytem I have also reaserched chess history and some of chess great games.I've been strugguling, i dont know how to improve, after reading some forums and articles about improving my game i' reach the same problem i dont know what specific thing i need to improve.If you see my games in bullet,blitz or rapid there are some blunders but mainly thats because of the time pressure or lack of concentration. Besides the blunders could some one please point out my flaws in the game and how can i improve them, and also if you could identify what is my playing style it would be of much help.

I know the basic principles. I am studying varius mate nets and traps, i am working on the endgame aswell. I just wanted to know if what i was doing was right. Any other suggetions
