Wouldn't someone take notice right away after u sweep the Unrated/Class E & Below [elo 000-1199] section ?
If I Won Every Single Chess Game....
This could be mock-quantified couldn't it ?
Start w/ the 2019 US Chess Open in Orlando in early August.
How long would it take me to become a superGM if I won every game I played in USA National tournaments ?
Probably never. You would likely not get the norms necessary since a lot of the tourneys in the US are not FIDE rated. You might be able to pick and choose a number of FIDE rated events, but still might not meet the average rating requirements of opponents.
Okay then. Let's start with the FIDE Tata Steel in January 2020. You play in the Amateur Unrated section.
You sweep it. Now what ?....where do u play next ?....and what is your approximate rating ?....say, within 100 points ?
I can't believe that sweeping the Tata Amateur bottom feeder section will get u a title. But it WILL getchu a respectable rating and give u another stone to step on as u cross the river of chess proficiency.
I'm trying to plot a course (w/ corresponding time frame) here. You know, kinda like attending a university & setting forth a graduation plan.

Ah, you said USA National, so I was replying based on that. If you were GM strength, and had access to tourneys where you can get norms, you could probably do it relatively fast.
