if times up but i can still show a force mate

In a normal what happens if my times up but I can still show a force mate my opponent? Is it a draw?

Not normally, but rules vary from venue to venue.

You always lose if your opponent has enough material to mate and you timeout. Doesn't matter if you have a forced mate.

@scottrf isn't it fair to call it as a draw. If I time out but my opponent doesn't have enough material we call it as a draw. The point is though time out , opponent can't check mate me. If I put it otherway , if I time out but I can prove that I can check mate shouldn't it be the same result.

No, it’s not fair to call it a draw. If you have a forced check mate, then you should have played it when you still had time on the clock. If you couldn’t play fast enough to pull off the mate during the game, then it’s likely you would have blundered by playing faster.

According to wikipedia:

"... article 10 of the FIDE laws of chess states that when a player has less than two minutes left on their clock during a rapid play finish (the end of a game when all remaining moves must be completed within a limited amount of time), they may claim a draw if their opponent is not attempting to win the game by "normal means" or cannot win the game by "normal means". "Normal means" can be taken to mean the delivery of checkmate or the winning of material. In other words, a draw is claimable if the opponent is merely attempting to win on time, or cannot possibly win except on time. It is up to the arbiter to decide whether such a claim will be granted or not."

Since obviously there is no arbiter present when you're playing an online game, this rule does not exist on chess.com.

@macer75 see the bold part of the part of  your answer. If I show an force mate I prove that I am the one who wins the game, oponent can't win the game exept from the time?

That is the reason for delay/increment - so that a position that *just shouldn't* lose wont lose on time, as long as you move faster than the extra bonus time. For example, 30/5 or 5/2 instead of 30/0, 5/0.

Actually, if I was able to Draw  games when it is flag down,I would draw many of my BULLET games that I lost..

Bullet is almost a timer checker!

So it is not fair to give a DRAW when flag down!
